The DUAL circuitry of the easy-to-use ULTIMA EZ measures accurately
in ALL fluids, using multiple frequency technology plus a second resistance-based circuitry for final measurements in dry canals. The digital readout, in 1/10 mm, allows the user to precisely stop short of the apical foramen. Choose from 0.5 to 1.6 mm distance from the apex to measure in canals with no constriction, a large abscess, or a wide open apex when other units cannot measure. The ULTIMA EZ "WET/DRY" apex locator has a built in pulp tester.
